Our goal at Cohesive Psychological Services is to provide you with upfront plain pricing so you know what an evaluation will cost. We know that finding an evaluator is difficult, but it is even harder if you might need any level of supportive collaboration among professionals.

We hope that giving you options, with clear pricing for all support services will ease this process for you. Evaluations are costly, but we hope that knowing the price before you start will be helpful.

Psycho Educational Support

  • General Assessment

    This evaluation will be completed by the educational psychologist. This includes intellectual functioning, academic skills, areas of basic psychological functioning, interviews from parents or others, and emotional or behavioral rating scales. Generally this evaluation is appropriate for identification of learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and some ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Dyslexia assessments.

  • Counseling Services

    Pricing range for counseling relates to the level of service needed. If a person needs short-term counseling to address psychoeducation for social media or relationship safety that could be addressed in about 12 sessions the price would be $150 per session. If the counseling will be Trauma-Focused CBT where there are conjoint sessions the price will be $250.00 per 50 minute session

  • IQ Testing

    If ONLY IQ testing is desired, it will include the actual testing and a written report of the findings with full scale IQ and descriptions of each index area. No diagnosis will be provided. A 50 minute consultation with the educational psychologist will be provided in-person or over the phone or via virtual conferencing.

  • Career Evaluation

    This evaluation will include an evaluation of cognitive ability, academic skills, and career interest inventory.  No diagnosis will be provided.  A written evaluation will be provided with a 50 minute consultation with the educational psychologist will be provided in-person or over the phone or via virtual conferencing.

  • Collaborative Evaluations

    This evaluation will bring forth the specific expertise of an Educational Specialist and may enhance the validity of the evaluation when approaching school districts for services.
