Each of our providers specializes in child, adolescent and young adult mental health. We utilize a variety of developmentally informed cognitive-behavioral and insight-oriented therapy approaches to help you and your family feel better and get back on track.

We also offer specialized psychological assessment and testing services for children, adolescents and adults. We are a private pay practice and do not work directly with insurance companies. to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Michelle L. Carrey - Founder

Michelle has dedicated herself to the education field since 2014, beginning her career as a special education teacher. Through her work, she recognized that parents of children with special needs often faced overwhelming challenges when trying to advocate for their children’s rights and educational needs.

Driven by the belief that every child deserves equitable access to education, Michelle founded SNAP with the vision of empowering parents through knowledge and support. Her mission is to ensure families feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the process, making the path to securing services and resources smoother and less intimidating.

Her compassion, expertise, and unwavering commitment continue to guide SNAP’s growth and impact in the community.

William E. Foreman - Operations Manager

William has been an integral part of our organization since the very beginning. He first joined us as a volunteer in 2020, and after graduating in 2022, stepped into his full-time role as Operations Manager. For the past three years, William has dedicated himself to keeping our team organized, supporting our volunteers, and building strong connections with school districts across Southern California.

With a deep passion for our mission and a talent for bringing people together, William ensures that our programs run smoothly and that our impact continues to grow. His commitment and leadership make him an invaluable part of our work every day.

Sydney A. Willford - Event Coordinator

Sydney first joined our organization as a volunteer in 2021, quickly proving her dedication and talent for bringing people together. Today, as our full-time Event Coordinator, she plays a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events that support our mission and strengthen our connection with the community.

With a strong understanding of our operations and a passion for creating meaningful experiences, Sydney ensures every detail is managed with care. From coordinating logistics to leading volunteers on event day, she works tirelessly behind the scenes to make each event successful and impactful.
